Alexandra is the CEO for the Big Blue Ocean Investments.

Jennifer is the CFO of the Big Blue Ocean Group. She is also on the board of the investment company, family office and foundation.

Kylie is the Chair of the Big Blue Ocean Foundation, serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Lizard Island Reef and Research Foundation Board and is a Director on the family office board.

Jacque is the General Manager of the Big Blue Ocean Foundation.

Sandra is the Chair of Big Blue Ocean Investments and a board member of the Big Blue Ocean Foundation. She brings more than 13 years of experience as a non-executive director, with a focus across the financial services, education, and government sectors.

Emilio has over 35 years of experience in financial services and is a recognised leader in the global investment management industry. As CEO of a top 100 ASX-listed firm, he brings proven expertise in strategy, finance, operations, distribution, and acquisitions.

Tara is the Personal Assistant to Chris Barlow and the Big Blue Ocean Group.

As an Executive Assistant, Carolyn’s role is to provide administrative support to the executive team, board and family at Big Blue Ocean.
