Jacque Kelsall

Jacque is the General Manager of the Big Blue Ocean Foundation.

Jacque leads the Foundation’s efforts in identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic relationships with environmental organisations that align with the Foundation’s mission and values. With extensive experience in leadership, stakeholder engagement, program development, and organisational management, Jacque's diverse professional experience positions her to build strong relationships and help organisations strengthen their capability, sustainability, and impact.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Jacque spent more than 15 years designing and leading award-winning education and engagement programs in Australia and internationally. Jacque holds a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in Education Design from Monash University. She has also completed the General Manager Program at Melbourne Business School and the Governance Foundations for Not-for-Profit Directors program through the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Having spent much of her life exploring and enjoying the natural world, Jacque is passionate about protecting it for future generations and supporting organisations that are driving positive environmental change.
