Emilio has over 35 years of experience in financial services and is a recognised leader in the global investment management industry. As CEO of a top 100 ASX-listed firm, he brings proven expertise in strategy, finance, operations, distribution, and acquisitions.

He has extensive experience in investment management across multiple jurisdictions and a demonstrated capability in strategic leadership. Emilio is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and previously served as Chair of the CFA Institute, a global professional organisation for investment professionals. He holds a Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia, completed Advanced Portfolio Management studies at the New York Finance Institute, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Wollongong.
