Kylie Doye
Chair, Big Blue Ocean Foundation
Kylie is the Co-Founder and Chair of the board of the Big Blue Ocean Foundation. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Big Blue Ocean Family Office board.
Kylie is a passionate, values-driven leader with an extensive career in education and leadership, spanning K-12, tertiary, private business, and government sectors. Known for her passion for learning, she has demonstrated her expertise in transforming education programs into successful engaging, financially viable online, on-campus, and blended formats. Kylie began her career as a primary school teacher before transitioning to policy writing for the State Government of Victoria. She then pivoted into project management roles, first with the state government and subsequently with Monash University. Prior to joining the foundation, she served as the Academic Director of Monash Online, overseeing the education of over 10,000 postgraduate students under her leadership. Kylie has a Master of Education and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a registered educator with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
As Co-Founder and Chair of the Big Blue Ocean Foundation, Kylie leads the team to work with organisations that aim to make the world’s environment healthy, strong and secure for us all to enjoy today and tomorrow. Kylie also serves on the Big Blue Ocean Family Office board as a Non-Executive Director.
