Kylie Doye

Kylie is the Chair of the Big Blue Ocean Foundation, serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Lizard Island Reef and Research Foundation Board and is a Director on the family office board.

Kylie’s passions lie in education and the environment. She is a values-driven leader with an extensive career in education and leadership, spanning K-12, tertiary, private business, and government sectors. Kylie began her career as a primary school teacher, transitioned into policy writing, project and change management for the State Government of Victoria, and Tertiary institutions. Prior to co-founding the Foundation, she served as the Academic Director of Monash Online. Kylie has a Master of Education and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kylie leads the Big Blue Ocean Foundation team to support projects and organisations that work to make the world’s environment healthy, strong and secure for us all to enjoy today and tomorrow.
