Australian Wildlife Conservancy
Australian Wildlife Conservancy (AWC) is a global leader in conservation, providing hope for Australia’s wildlife with a science-informed, land management partnership model that delivers high-impact results. AWC works in collaborative, innovative conservation partnerships across the country, from the iconic Kimberley to Cape York, Kati Thanda–Lake Eyre and the Top End. AWC has had boots on the ground for more than 30 years, developing and implementing a new model for conservation. Recognising that ‘business as usual’ in Australia will mean additional extinctions, AWC is challenging the status quo to secure the future of Australia’s wildlife and habitats.
The Big Blue Ocean Foundation supports AWC’s wildlife conservation program at Scotia Wildlife Sanctuary in western NSW, and is also funding one internship in AWC’s Conservation Science Internship Program. To learn more about the important work they are doing, visit their website below.
