As an Executive Assistant, Carolyn’s role is to provide administrative support to the executive team, board and family at Big Blue Ocean.
Carolyn has 20 years of experience as a personal and executive assistant in both corporate and not-for-profit sectors. She has been a part of hosting and representing companies both locally and internationally. Her administration experience also includes working with boards to ensure organisational governance as well as managing HR. Carolyn would like to utilise her experience, knowledge and skills to enable the team at Big Blue Ocean to fulfil their roles successfully. She has a desire to work with the team to find new and innovative ways to educate the community and have a positive impact on the sustainability of the ocean. Carolyn has qualifications in business studies and a Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment and is a member of AHRI.
Carolyn has a commitment to excellence and her diverse background has allowed to her adapt and tailor her experience to align with the business needs of Big Blue Ocean. She has a strong work ethic and organisational and administration experience, which she believes are important to success. She is passionate about contributing meaningfully to ensure a sustainable future for many generations to come.
